Chad Lovell
President of Insurance
Chad Lovell is Quote Manage's President of Insurance. Prior to Quote Manage, Chad was the leader of the Optimization team at Assurance IQ, which was acquired by Prudential Financial. There, he drove profitability through strategic planning and real-time system operations across performance marketing and sales for Medicare, health, life, auto, and home insurance, effectively balancing lead and call supply with internal agency and external marketplace demand. In addition to other various strategy and operational roles, Chad co-founded two education technology companies and began his insurance career at Liberty Mutual as part of the Strategic Partnerships team leading emerging segments like Smart Home. Chad holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Justin Hartley
VP of Media
With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Justin joined QuoteManage in 2026 as Vice President of Media. He brings a wealth of experience in revenue growth, data strategy, consumer services, and relationship development. Justin holds a bachelor's degree from Western Washington University.
Casey Love
VP of Agency Enablement
Casey Love is QuoteManage's VP of Agency Enablement - leading the QuoteManage's operational teams. Prior to QuoteManage, Casey was the leader of the Operations team at Assurance IQ, which was acquired by Prudential financial. She has successfully led large teams responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, licensing, and agent support for over 1,000 W2 agents and 2,000 1099 agents across various lines of insurance at Assurance IQ. With a focus on operational excellence, Casey is dedicated to serving customers by enhancing their experience and optimizing the agent lifecycle journey. She is dynamic and accomplished executive with over a decade of experience in the insurance call center space. Casey holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Advertising and an MPA from the University of Southern Indiana.
